How to make a passport size photo online

    Face the camera with your eyes open and nothing covering your face. A phone photo against a wall is fine.

    Choose Nepal, India, the US, the UK, the EU, Australia, Canada or a China visa, and the background. Make the photo: it is cropped to that size around your face.

Questions and answers

What is the size of a passport size photo in Nepal?

35 × 45 mm (3.5 × 4.5 cm), with the head about 32–36 mm from chin to crown, on a plain white background. Pick “Nepal passport” and the photo is made to that size.

How many pixels is a passport size photo?

At 300 dpi a 35 × 45 mm photo is 413 × 531 pixels, and a US 2 × 2 in photo is 600 × 600. The tool shows the pixel size for each country under Standard.

Can I change the background to white?

Yes. Choose White, Off-white or Light blue before you make the photo and the background behind you is replaced. Choose Keep to leave it as it is.

How do I print several passport photos on one page?

Pick a sheet — 4 × 6 in, 5 × 7 in or A4 — and download it. Print it at full size (100%, not “fit to page”) and cut the photos out.

Is my photo uploaded?
